Agency Policy: Regarding Online Defamation
January 23, 2026
We sincerely thank you for your continued support of our talents.
To protect our talents, we will take strict action against online defamation and doxxing in accordance with the following policy.
1. Identifying the Sender
When defamation or doxxing is confirmed, we will file a sender information disclosure request through our attorneys to identify the poster. Please note that logs required for disclosure requests are preserved even after posts are deleted. 2. Legal Action
For malicious cases, we will take legal action through both civil and criminal proceedings. 【Criminal Proceedings】
We will file criminal charges for defamation, insult, obstruction of business, and other applicable offenses. If defamation results in mental health damage requiring medical treatment, we will also consider filing charges for bodily injury. Furthermore, if defamation forces the cancellation of events, we will file criminal charges for obstruction of business. 【Civil Proceedings】
We will file lawsuits seeking compensation for damages. In civil litigation, after judgment is finalized, compulsory execution including garnishment of wages and bank deposits becomes possible. 3. Request to Our Fans
Unfounded information may be posted on the internet. If any serious issues such as contract violations arise with our talents, we will make an official announcement. Please understand that matters not announced by us should be regarded as defamation, and we ask for your calm response. We kindly ask our fans to continue watching over our talents with warmth and support.
